If for any
reason customers are dissatisfied with a product purchased from
Sacred Shadows, the product may be returned to us for a full refund
of the purchase price. All product returns must be post dated
within 10 days of the product's delivery date in order
to qualify for full refunds.
Privacy Policy
Sacred Shadows does not share customer
information including email or postal mail addresses with
anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor
do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers
of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on the orders
received. We do our own bulk postal mailing. Typographical Errors
In the
event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or product
information received from our suppliers. Sacred
Shadows will attempt to contact you before canceling the order
or item that is incorrect.
We

Order Acceptance Policy
Your
receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order. We at Sacred
Shadows reserve the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order.
Sales Tax

Shadows is required to automatically charge and withhold the
applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within
the State of Ohio. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales tax, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other
state or country.

Back order Policy
Retail
orders : When an item is
backordered here at Sacred Shadows our typical course of
action is to ship it as soon as it comes in. However if the items
value is under $5.00 we will notify you to reorder the item along
